Information about me

Mwenya art of fitness

My name is Mwenya Mulenga and I come from a beautiful country called Zambia. I’m a father to my lovely son who is also my biggest motivator. Back in Zambia I worked with one of the biggest fitness movements in the whole Southern region of Africa. We travelled all over the country under the program called Zambia Shall be Fit. My team and I also worked with private companies in corporate wellness and trained the special force under the minister of defense.

Another project we worked on were awareness programs under the ministry of health about the dangers of lifestyle diseases and how they can be prevented through exercising. Together with my team we gave fitness programs in different schools under the ministry of Education (Primary schools, high school, and universities) because we strongly believe that the younger they begin the more easier it is for them to adapt and grow up with a healthy lifestyle. We were the first ones introducing fitness in every corner of my country.

Almost 4 years ago I moved to the Netherlands and continued sharing my knowledge and love for fitness with those who needed it. I started working as a personal trainer at different gyms and noticed how my approach was different than most personal trainers. My unique approach to fitness inspired me to create a platform so that more people can receive guidance in achieving a healthy lifestyle. 

The reason why I’m passionate about sharing my fitness lifestyle with you is because I believe fitness is the best form of therapy and the best source of mental clarity a person can ever need. 

Remember if you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together.

I believe fitness should enhance your life, rather than take away from it.

My philosophy is to keep it as simple as possible, making it easier for you to learn the ropes and get sustainable results. I give you the tools you just need to take steps towards your goals through consistent hard work and dedication.
