Exercising has been made complicated by many. You don’t need an expensive gym membership or equipment to achieve your fitness goals. Exercising simply means moving the body by performing particular movements which involve different muscle groups. This means that if you can move you can exercise. All you have to apply is determination, a positive mindset and will power to keep going!

And thats where your mind set comes in. Nothing is achieved physically without first being achieved in the mind. Once your mind is made up with a positive drive nothing is impossible. That’s why it’s important to be determined before you embark on this fitness journey with me. All I ask of you is your commitment so that we can make the most out of our sessions! ABOUT MWENYA'S ART OF FITNESS
My name is Mwenya Mulenga and I come from a beautif ul country called Zambia. I’m a father to my lovely son who is also my biggest motivator. Back in Zambia I worked with one of the biggest fitness movements in the whole Southern region of Africa. We travelled all over the country under the program called Zambia Shall be Fit. My team and I also worked with private companies in corporate wellness and trained the special force under the minister of defense.
